1 Job Locations Remote - U.S. Category Accounting and Finance Overview The Provisioning Specialist 1 is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer. Pacific or Mountain Time working hours preferred What you will be doing Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition Fulfill license requests from various internal departments Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy Assist with other team member assignments.
