YOUR ROLE

  • Design and implement the logistics strategy in alignment with the overall business and supply chain goals.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing and distribution.

  • Ensure optimal warehouse capacity planning, leveraging automation for inventory control and forecasting.

  • Oversee transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, manage relationships with third-party carriers, and optimize routes using technology-driven solutions.

  • Continuously improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations, and enforce safety and quality standards across logistics operations.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Lean Six Sigma experience is plus.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation.

  • Strong understanding of logistics automation and technology trends (e.g., AI, IoT, ERP, TMS, WMS systems).

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, operations) to align logistics strategy with overall business goals.

  • Experience in managing budgets and cost-control measures.

The salary for this role is $180,000.00 - $220,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
