Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in WESTLAKE, Ohio. This role primarily involves ensuring successful new client implementations and ongoing support within the Service industry. The Business Systems Analyst will act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors during projects, while being a liaison with our technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate data between proprietary and standard file formats to resolve business issues effectively.

• Document and implement the functional requirements and technical specifications for clients' business needs, while leveraging your knowledge of our product's features and functionality.

• Review complex data files, create mapping documents, and provide guidance on best practices based on client requirements.

• Utilize SQL databases to analyze inputs/outputs and identify any coding issues or changes needed.

• Communicate the technical capabilities of our internal business product to both external and internal stakeholders, while understanding their requirements.

• Act as the key link between teams, overseeing system enhancement submissions, defect corrections, and system development validations in conjunction with the QA Team.

• Develop and maintain robust, effective relationships with new and existing clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients, including executive level stakeholders and both technical and non-technical resources.

• Collaborate with internal departments, including IT, to develop or enhance existing client products. This includes documenting business requirements, ensuring technology meets business requirements, conducting validation processes, testing in conjunction with the QA Team, and creating end user documentation and training.

• Identify and implement opportunities for improvements and escalate issues for resolution as needed.

• Manage the implementation of new payment delivery technology projects, including developing implementation project plans for each client, managing ongoing status meetings and communication with clients, and coordinating the resolution of client issues and concerns.

• Participate in internal daily stand up meetings related to the projects you are involved in. Requirements • Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficient in SQL programming language

• Experience with Crystal Reports is mandatory

• Previous experience in client implementations

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to solve complex problems and propose effective solutions

• Strong understanding of business and system processes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
