Universal Medical Record Services Corp LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) in Westhampton, New York
Administer, prescribe medications; start intravenous fluids noting time & amounts on patient charts; observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and taking any necessary action; answer patients' calls and determine how to assist them; measureand record patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressures, pulse or respiration; provide basic patient care or treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, messaging, or performing catheterizations.Minimum Education Required- High School Diploma/GED + 12 Months Practical Training (Graduate of an LPN School Accredited by New York State for Licensing).License required- New York State LPN license
