Robert Half Jr Salesforce Developer in Westford, Massachusetts

Description

Are you a problem-solving rockstar with a passion for Salesforce?

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for handling support requests from users across a global organization, collaborating with various stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Interact with Salesforce users and administrators to resolve technical issues, manage data, and configure settings.

  • Process Improvement: Partner with business users to design and implement efficient business processes using Salesforce and other integrated platforms.

  • Solution Development: Work with the Salesforce Administrator and commercial teams to define, prioritize, and develop solutions that support global operations.

  • Technical Expertise: Build, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions leveraging Salesforce features and functionalities.

  • Project Management: Manage your workload and communicate effectively to keep team members and internal customers informed.

  • Integration Management: Maintain and improve interfaces between Salesforce and other business systems.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce concepts and technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and work with diverse teams.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience with modifying and creating Salesforce components (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Aura) a plus.

  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).
