Entry Level Staff Engineer- Structural We are committed to making a meaningful impact through our work. As an Entry-Level Staff Engineer, you will join our Structural Team in either our Westfield, MA or Westwood, MA office, where you\'ll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. Our Building Services Team and Projects Our Building Services team, composed of skilled engineers and technical leaders, is key to optimizing building performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. While our work often goes unseen, it ensures the seamless operation of critical systems. We collaborate with architects and contractors to deliver integrated solutions across vertical structures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection while focusing on sustainability and efficiency. What You\'ll Be Doing Researching, compiling, and examining a wide variety of structure-related data Assisting staff with various projects and/or field assignments Performing engineering calculations and assisting in developing reports and specifications Drafting and designing tasks in AutoCAD and REVIT What You Will Need Bachelor\'s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Relevant experience through internships or full-time roles in structural engineering design Familiarity with structural analysis software Preferred Qualifications Master\'s degree in civil or structural Engineering Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, or MicroStation 2 or more years of relevant internship or full-time experience Completed FE or E.I.T. certification or planning to complete it by graduation Your Financial and Wellness Benefits Generous medical plans, life and disability insurance, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO), legal insurance, and adoption assistance Student loan repayment assistance, up to \$7,000 Up to \$1,000 in wellness incentives each year Robust deferred income benefits through 401(k) employee match contributions, ESOP, and annual profit-sharing Entry Level Staff Engineer- Structural salaries range from \$64,967 to \$85,269, based on skills and experience Bachelor?s degree salary is \$77,168 and master?s degree salary is \$81,328 Additional year-end bonuses as part of our employee-owned structure
