Our team of 400+ dedicated employees share the desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma. **\$500 sign on bonus (\$250 at the completion of first week of training and \$250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)** Position: Clubhouse Specialist 1 - Full Time CDU Unit Location: Springfield MA Rate of Pay: \$18.80 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required Summary: The Clubhouse Specialist develops and services employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, job placement, employer education, and customer relations. Work side by side with members, assisting with building career readiness skills, social skills, and the ability to become more self-sufficient. Individuals with human services, direct care, job coaching, and career counseling experience are strongly encouraged to apply!
