Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Program Manager and Business Partner with a specialization in integration work to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing HR-related integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring. Your expertise will drive the successful alignment of HR practices, policies, and systems to create a unified, high-performing workforce. Responsibilities: * Integration Planning: Lead the development and execution of HR integration strategies and plans, aligning with overall organizational objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, and business units to integrate HR processes, systems, and policies efficiently and effectively. Build strong working relationships with HR leaders and team members. * Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees affected by integration efforts. Communicate changes, address concerns, and facilitate a positive transition experience. * HR System Integration: Oversee the integration of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and consistency. Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to streamline systems and data flow. * Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws and regulations during integration, working closely with legal and compliance teams to manage associated risks. * Communication and Training: Develop communication plans and training materials to guide employees and stakeholders through HR changes and new processes. Conduct training sessions as needed. * Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of integration efforts. Provide regular reporting to leadership on project status and outcomes. * Post-Integration Evaluation: Conduct post-integration assessments to measure the effectiveness of HR integration efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 7-10 years of Human Resource experience * Experience in leading HR integration projects for mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring. * Experience in HR project management, particularly with integration work. * Familiarity with HRIS and HR-related software systems and comfortable working with data. * Ability to influence and drive decisions through data and analytics. * Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and policies. * Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work in dynamic environments. * Travel in the first year could be up to 40% but eventually declined to 25% travel annually. Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications in HR, Project Management, or Change Management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
