Position Summary Our Production Associates work on the fabrication of steel to be used in the construction of solar panel mounting systems. Shifts Available:

• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, overtime possible but not guaranteed.

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties):

• Operating machinery to form steel products
• Squatting, bending, and lifting steel products on a repetitive basis.
• Assembling products using hand tools and power tools such as impact wrenches.
• Reading blueprints and other technical drawings to ensure that products are assembled correctly.
• Entering product information into the ERP computer data entry system.
• Measuring and quality checking finished product to ensure specifications have been met.
• Performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning machinery or equipment to ensure continued operation of the factory.
• Exchanging parts between machines or repairing machines when they break down.
• Operating forklifts to move materials within warehouses or across docks to load or unload.
• Following safety regulations and procedures to minimize risk of injury to self and others.
• Inspecting incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards before they are used in production.

The Manufacturing Team Lead coordinates activities of workers on assigned shift engaged in assembly and manufacturing of parts to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to maximize profits. *Sponsorship not available for this opportunity* Minimum Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 3 Years of Manufacturing Experience (heavy machinery preferred)
• 2 years of Forklift experience (propane preferred)
• 1 years of basic data entry into an ERP computer data entry system

Technical Requirements

• Ability to utilize a measuring tape.
• Ability to read blueprint and technical drawings/instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.

Physical Requirements

• Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.
• Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility with fluctuations in temperature.

• Environment: Warehouse (not climate controlled)
