Description

We are looking for a diligent and meticulous Loan Processor to join one of our clients in Westerville, Ohio. In this role, you will primarily handle customer credit applications for residential loans. No underwriting experience is needed for this position. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry, where you will be working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries regarding credit applications and accounts

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments

• Utilize Automated Underwriting System and Calyx Point for credit processing

• Use CRM for managing customer interactions and data

• Process data efficiently and accurately using Data Processing tools and techniques

• Use LPS for loan portfolio tracking and management

• Comply with all relevant regulations while performing closing processes

• Handle consumer loans and credit-related tasks with precision

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software is required

• Profound knowledge of CRM systems

• Demonstrable skills in Data Processing

• Understanding of Closing Processes in loan operations

• Knowledge of Compliance rules and regulations in the loan sector

• Experience in handling Consumer Loans

• Strong understanding of Credit processes and guidelines

• Excellent Customer Service skills with a customer-focused approach.
