JPMorgan Chase Asset & Wealth Management - Quality Assurance Reporting - Analyst in Westerville, Ohio

Reporting Analyst in AWM Operations and Client Service Quality Assurance. Prepares monthly executive reporting of quality results for communication to the business. Ensures accuracy of reporting and is highly detail oriented. Has a keen eye for data and how to \"tell the story\" in order to help drive operational excellence in the business. Well versed in Microsoft Office, Python is a plus. Communicates effectively with our internal and external customers. Self-sufficient and requires minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience required

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general PC usage required. Python a plus

Strong Inter personal Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Teamwork and collaboration expertise

Highest level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency

Strong priority management and multi-tasking skills
