Production Operator I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-oriented Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team at Cytiva. As a Production Operator I, you will be responsible for various tasks including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products. Your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to quality will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm shift.

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Company: Cytiva

• Location: USA - Westborough WalkUp Drive

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Read and follow work procedures, schematics, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed

• Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets

• Maintain daily production output

• Follow all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Quality policies and procedures

• Participate in quality control inspections

• Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency

• Comply with EHS regulations and policies

• Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams

Qualifications & Skills :

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent

• 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred

• Ability to communicate, receive, and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed

• Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, such as standard work, job aids, or work instructions
