What you’ll do
The Human Resource Generalist provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, administers the leave management program, monitors and orchestrates the timely delivery of employee reviews, as well as establishing new approaches to affect improvement in the overall efficiency of the department. The Human Resource Generalist conducts company business in a manner concurrent with companies ever evolving goals. Collaborating with the Human Resources on various departmental projects will be critical to the success of this role.
In this role, you’ll also:
Coordinate and implement the leave management program in concert with the TPA (Matrix)
Conduct audits of various payroll, benefits and other Human Resources programs and recommend corrective action as identified
Orchestrate the performance review process in collaboration with the management team
Conduct exit interviews and produces final paperwork for departing employees
Maintain an active presence within the HR inbox to ensure timely responses are received
Continually look for process improvements
Act as a back-up to the HR Analyst
Maintain employee files
Assist with projects as needed
What you bring
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Three or more years’ of Human Resources experience
Overall knowledge of benefits, leave management, employee relations, and employment laws
Prior HRIS experience, preferably ADP Workforce Now
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
