Sr. QA Automation Engineer

M-F/Full time/On Site

Salary: $90-120K/yr

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SR. AUTOMATION ENGINEER:

• Execute, analyze, troubleshoot, and report automated regression test results for nightly regressions, project branches, and release cycles.

• Design and implement modular and reusable automated test scripts using Selenium or Cypress.

• Produce reports and documentation for all automated testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure maximum coverage is obtained through automation.

• Frequently communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management.

• Show enthusiasm and a sense of ownership for the system and its components that are vital to the success of the business.

• Lead strategic decisions regarding technologies, infrastructure, tools, and processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of experience in automation & infrastructure development, with proficiency in JavaScript, Cypress, and TypeScript.

• Collaborate in an agile automation team, emphasizing quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to design and implement integration & non-functional test frameworks, including API, performance, and security aspects.

• Proficiency with Cloud technologies & CI/CD pipelines, including AWS, and Docker

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
