The Senior Technician, Production Operations is in the Dilution’s department and is responsible to work in an aseptic environment with a team to organize materials, measure and adjust pH of solutions, and follow precise directions to measure and dispense solutions with precision and attention to detail. You will also accurately document information and adhere to safety standards.

This position is part of the Production Operations department located in Sacramento, CA and will be working onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

  • Utilize a pH meter to accurately measure and adjust solution pH according to manufacturing record instructions.

  • Operate various laboratory equipment, such as pipets and pumps, in a sterile environment to ensure precise liquid measurements, following manufacturing record instructions.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the laboratory area and assist in organizing lab supplies.

  • Organize materials and document information in a device history record.

  • Support the training of new employees as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.

  • College degree with 1+ years of experience.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Maintaining Company, Site and Department procedures.

  • Accurately recording information and documentation

  • Maintaining strict adherence to FDA, GMP and ISO requirements.

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $26.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
