Description Description:

This role performs and oversees administrative support and research activities for the finance team, such as specialized recordkeeping, data entry and database management, scheduling, meeting support, and specified information gathering for projects and tasks.

● Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures,

and equipment.

● Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.

● Basic knowledge of accounting principles, processes,

and practices of accounting.

● Ability to work with concentration, accuracy, and

attention to detail.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn SharePoint

and RCAC's web-based reporting software) and other

software such as Adobe Acrobat.

● Organizing and coordinating skills.

● Database, data entry and records management skills.

● Excellent customer service skills.

● Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.

● Ability to use sound judgment to recommend

administrative/procedural decisions.

● Ability to gather data, compile information, and

prepare reports.

● Ability to establish and maintain professional

relationships with individuals of varying social and

cultural backgrounds and with co-workers at all

levels.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality.

● Ability to analyze situations and adopt appropriate
