Fabwright Origins Fabrication Technician in West Roxbury, Massachusetts
? Use various tools and machines (CNC, laser cutting, 3D printing) to create furniture and products from wood, metal, and eco-friendly materials. ? Work with upcycled and recycled materials to minimize waste. ? Set up, operate, and maintain fabrication equipment to ensure smooth and energy-efficient production. ? Help reduce waste by carefully handling materials and reusing scraps whenever possible. Inspect products regularly to make sure they meet high-quality standards. ? Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, eco-friendly workspace ? No formal education or specific experience is required, but experience with fabrication or CAD is a plus. ? Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. ? Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. ? Positive attitude and teamwork spirit. ? Passion for sustainability and the environment. Full Time and Part Time available
