Ozarks Medical Center Benefits Manager in West Plains, Missouri
Under supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, manages and administers the various employee benefit plans, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, and retirement accounts.. Annually evaluates and proposes changes/additions to the OZH benefits program. Manages all leave programs in accordance with Federal and State standards, including FMLA and GML. Manages and tracks all short-term and long-term disability claims and handles claim adjudications. Compiles statistical reports as requested for Senior Leaders and is the point person for all benefit management.
