The Test Technician will be hands on, supporting production by completing test operations as defined by released engineering to meet Class 3 Electrical Acceptance per IPC-620 for High Performance Aerospace Market. This position will work closely with the Quality, Engineering, and Production team to identify functional problems and develop solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Performing electrical testing for VSWR, Insertion Loss, Phase, Time Delay, and Capacitance

· Performing standard Network Analyzer Calibration as needed

· Performing In-Process and Final Testing

· Trouble-shoot production hardware electrical problems

· Review Acceptance Test Procedures

· Create Test Data sheets

· Manage Test Data and review for Accuracy

· Support Production as needed (Creating Cable Harness Method Sheets, Assemble Harnesses)

· Must be motivated to learn and work both in an independent role and part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent education

· 2- 5 years’ work history in Electro-Mechanical Testing and Manufacturing (RF and/or microwave experience required)

· Familiarity with Network Analyzers

· Familiarity with Standard RF Connector types

· Experience in wire/cable harness manufacturing (38999 experience desired)
