Roofing Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule roofing services for clients.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and issues are met.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of project details and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of the roofing industry and practices.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
