Wonderul family owned business, that manufactures delicious snacks in Palm Beach County is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for their 1st or 2nd shifts. The ideal candidate will have expereince with machine maintence, set up, trouble shooting, and keeping equipment in operating condition. Must be experieced with electrical, mechanical and hydrolic systems. GMP experience a big plus! In return, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, PTO and retirement plan.

salary: $58,000 - $72,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Set up and prepare equipment for the scheduled day's production

• Monitor Production startup and correct any issues that may occur

• Monitor production lines and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed

• Follow the preventative maintenance program by doing the assigned work and filling out the proper paperwork

• Inspect and report any equipment failures to Supervisor

• Partner with Machine Operators, Production Managers and Sanitation to keep the machinery in the best possible running condition

• Must be able to work flexible schedules which includes nights and weekends

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 30lbs

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
