Description

We are seeking a proactive Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our end-users. In this role, you will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, assist with system setups, and ensure our users have the tools they need for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Assist users with system installations, configurations, and updates.

• Document issues and resolutions in the help desk system.

• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT teams.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.

• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS and common office software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
