Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Job Description

Will be helping to repair equipment and should have experience working on diesel engines. Analyzes malfunctions and repairs, rebuilds, and maintains construction equipment, such as work vehicles, delivery trucks, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, cranes, and boom trucks. Operates and inspects machines or equipment to diagnose defects. Mechanics will be required to drive to job sites for equipment repair. Responsibilities include supporting oil changes and assisting with repairs on diesel engines for boom lifts, forklifts, etc.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 13 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Work Environment

1st shift opening, 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Open air shop environment. Will get hot in the summer. May need to go to job sites to help with repairs - should be flexible to do so - most work will be in the shop.
