salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Spanish is preferred but not required!

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend products to enhance their experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.

• Maintain assigned areas to ensure they are well-stocked, clean, and safe.

• Collaborate with management and team members to meet sales goals.

• Process transactions using the point of sale (POS) system.

• Handle customer refunds and exchanges following company guidelines.

• Follow procedures for accepting cash, checks, and credit cards.

• Create price tags and merchandise signs.

• Stock, tag, and display products.

• Work according to the company's core values and safety standards.

• Answer phones professionally and follow company protocols.

• Assist in other areas of the store when needed.

• Perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
