THE MAX Challenge West Orange is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.
If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you.
Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
Following up with prospect leads via phone and email
Responsible for the cleanliness of the center
Manage leads within our CRM
Interact with members on social media
Assist in creating social media content
Comofrtable with social media and technology
Effiective and efficent in operations
Gym retail experience a preferred, but not required
Deliver 5-star customer service
Compensation includes: Hourly rate PLUS bonus potential, complementary membership, paid training
