THE MAX Challenge Administrative / Office Assistant in West Orange, New Jersey

THE MAX Challenge West Orange is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.

If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach

  • Following up with prospect leads via phone and email

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the center

  • Manage leads within our CRM

  • Interact with members on social media

  • Assist in creating social media content

  • Administrative duties

  • Detail Oriented

  • Comofrtable with social media and technology

  • Effiective and efficent in operations

  • Gym retail experience a preferred, but not required

  • Deliver 5-star customer service

Schedule

20-30 Hrs/week

Occasional Weekends

Compensation

Compensation includes: Hourly rate PLUS bonus potential, complementary membership, paid training
