Job Summary

We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Technician in Milwaukee, WI to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs. Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as onsite. This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters

  • Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted

  • Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments

  • Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures

  • General administrative tasks as required

  • Performs housekeeping as assigned.

  • Assist in annual warehouse inventory

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Material handling experience preferred

  • Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven team player

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Must be able to read and write English

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $20 and up

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
