Job Description

The Facilities and Infrastructure (F&I) Enterprise Management office (FEMO) is responsible for leading corporate F&I initiatives and maintaining Enterprise-level F&I requirements.  FEMO is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the development a new NNL-wide 20-year planning document called the Capability Plan, and integrating this plan with the NNL Strategic Plan, Horizon Planning initiatives, and testing consolidation strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the F&I portfolio of work supports these strategies, and that F&I and Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) work efforts are fully integrated within the NNL long-range strategic plan. Additional responsibilities and duties include coordinating and facilitating project meetings and quarterly reviews with NR, mentoring and training project team members, supporting management and stakeholder reviews, and other project-management related efforts.  The candidate should exhibit experience in consolidating large sets of portfolio data in succinct and accurate reporting methods through oral and written communications enabling project decisions to be made. The ideal candidate should have experience developing strategic plans and budget submittals and have demonstrated leadership experience. The selected candidate will be in a unique position to regularly interface with Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) senior leadership and Naval Reactors.  This position will require some travel.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range $103,100.00 - $161,100.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guide line only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
