Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Sports Betting Agent to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Sports Betting Agent, you will be responsible for assisting guests with placing sports wagers, explaining betting options, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. What will you do?

• Greet guests, input betting information into the system for simulcast racing and sports bets, and process payments while providing accurate tickets and change

• Accurately maintain and balance cash bank, ensuring all transactions are properly documented

• Verify winning tickets through pari-mutuel or sports betting terminals as needed

• Address and resolve guest inquiries, including explaining wagering information and handling concerns

• Adhere to all departmental and state policies and procedures to ensure compliance

More about you

• Previous experience in cash handling required, with sports betting and pari-mutuel wagering experience preferred

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Mathematically inclined with the ability to accurately process transactions and wagers

• Basic understanding of US and international sports, with intermediate computer skills to operate company software and touch screen monitors

• Ability to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License
