Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: West Memphis, AR

Pay Range: $25.00-30.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical troubleshooting on various equipment throughout the facility (20%)

• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery to ensure continuous operation (20%)

• Utilize hydraulic systems knowledge to maintain and repair machinery (5%)

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repair on conveyor systems, labeling systems, packaging machines, palletizers, and vision systems (30%)

• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues, ensuring efficient system performance (5%)

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

• Experience with PLC systems and controls

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
