The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Barback to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Barback, you will track and stock inventory, deliver beverages, and provide excellent guest service and support to your team.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$15.00 - $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility

• Stock product in beverage storage; ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained

• Report all needed equipment repairs to the supervisor

• Keep work area and equipment neat and clean

• Empty trash containers and deliver trash to dumpsters if needed

Qualifications

• No experience or diploma required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work cooperatively with others, follow job procedures, and supervisor instructions

• Basic math skills for counting inventory

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move or maneuver up to 70 pounds

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
