Nexeo Staffing Machine Operator in WEST JORDAN, Utah
Nexeo is seeking skilled Machine Operators to start immediately. In this role,you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Candidates must have prior experience working with machines in a machine shop setting.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate machinery to manufacture metal rollers with precision and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned equipment,making necessary adjustments,performing preventative maintenance,and promptly reporting any issues.
Conduct thorough quality checks on machines,documenting any problems or adjustments made.
Operate a manual lathe or similar machine,ensuring high standards of production quality and safety.
Qualifications
Be a self-starter,a good manager of time,and work independently.
Must be mechanically inclined and able to run machines with little supervision.
Must be able to understand basic concepts of machining and measuring.
Must keep the area around the workstation clean and free from dirt and debris
Previous experience running a manual lathe or similar machine,required.
Pay
$20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00am 5:00pm
