We are seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic with a strong background in food-grade maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various food processing and packaging equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance tasks on food processing and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in food-grade equipment Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems, pumps, valves, motors, and other related equipment Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including cylinders, valves, and motors Work with production personnel to identify and correct equipment malfunctions Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Maintain maintenance records and submit reports as required Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a food processing environment Knowledge of food-grade maintenance and safety protocols strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with conveyor systems, pumps, valves, motors, and related equipment Boilers, and Mixers

salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic with a strong background in food-grade maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various food processing and packaging equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance tasks on food processing and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in food-grade equipment

Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems, pumps, valves, motors, and other related equipment

Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including cylinders, valves, and motors

Work with production personnel to identify and correct equipment malfunctions

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Maintain maintenance records and submit reports as required

Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a food processing environment

Knowledge of food-grade maintenance and safety protocols

strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills

Experience with conveyor systems, pumps, valves, motors, and related equipment

Boilers, and Mixers

Skills

• Tera Pak (5 years of experience is preferred)
