Nesco Resource Production Planner in West Haven, Connecticut
Nesco Resource is searching for aProduction Planning Assistantfor our client inWest Haven.
Essential Duties:
- Support production planning by scheduling, updating, allocation, and processing production orders and communicating changes to production, sales, customer service, and inventory control as needed.
- Request batch processing instructions from RandD/QC for all blend orders, communicate with production team to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate delays and issues that will impact an orders ship date to sales reps/customer service.
- Assist warehousing with any issues on production orders.
Heres What a Successful Candidate Looks Like:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Food/nutraceuticals manufacturing experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook - all must-haves
