Konover Residential Corp Leasing Manager in West Hartford, Connecticut

**[Job Summary: [Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective leasing and resident-relations at the assigned properties in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company.

  • Providing appropriate coverage at the assigned properties
  • Adherence to property financial guidelines and budgets
  • Providing regular reporting on the leasing/renewal performance at the property
  • Operating the assigned properties in accordance with state, federal and local laws
  • Operating the assigned properties in a manner that is consistent with Company policy
  • Operating the assigned properties in accordance with industry standards and best practices
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and preparing for compliance inspections
  • Maintaining the property in a condition that is clean, safe, and professional
  • Positioning the property to effectively attract and retain residents
  • Maintaining professional communication with co-workers, vendors, and residents
  • Administration of resident leases, including rent collection, renewals, and evictions
  • Maintaining files and documentation in conformance with Company policy
  • Responding to emergencies or incidents at the property
  • Any other duties consistent with efficient and effective property operations
  • Seeking opportunities for improvement and professional development
  • Management of marketing and advertising activities to attract and retain residents
  • Management of social media to attract and retain residents
  • Maintaining consistent and innovative leasing programs to attract and retain residents
