Job Title: Private Brands Coordinator
Department: Procurement
FLSA: Exempt
General Function
The Private Brands Coordinator is responsible for new item setup, ad offers, and special buy setup for private brand items. Prepares and distributes reports and ensures future deals are reflected in the system for all ads, and private label events.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provides friendly service to both stores, office departments, and suppliers.
Responsible for private brands ad projections.
Verifies private brands allowances for all ads, and future deals.
Responsible for entering new private brands item data on supplier hub.
Produces all weekly/monthly reports and verifies accuracy.
DSD water program coordination.
RPM/Various email support to stores.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near and far range with or without correction, normal depth perceptions
Must be physically able to perform medium work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 25 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
Working Conditions
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day.

10 key calculator, telephone, copier, FAX, microfilm copier, and PC with spreadsheet and word processing applications
Contacts
Has daily contact with store and office personnel, suppliers/vendors and the general public.
Confidentiality
Has access to confidential information, including store inventory information, item costs, and margins.
