A Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Edgewater:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our 40-bed Health Center.

• Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.

• Orienting, training and supervision of team members.

• Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions.

• Participate in surveys and inspections by various government agencies and more!

Current Opening:

Full-Time : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible hours, Rotating On-Call schedule throughout the month, including every 3rd weekend

Compensation: The starting pay for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 annually and will be based on years of experience.
