• Planning and oversight of the implementation of the 5 S system in all areas covered by the program.

• Organizing and conducting training for employees.

• Serves as liaison between management and employees regarding 5 S initiatives.

• Responsible for the upkeep of the standards book.

• Provides oversight for 5 S audits/projects and resolves and disputes between parties included in projects.

• Will provide reports to management on implementation, operation, and improvements in 5 S throughout facility.

• Experience with 5 S concepts and strategy

• BS Degree or relevant 5S/Lean experience

• Computer Savvy: Ability to generate spreadsheets and use Power Point to prepare presentations

• Strong Communication Skills

• Background in manufacturing/production environment

• Self-starter
