Hiring TIG Welder in Chester County, PA

We are immediately interviewing and hiring TIG Welder with thin gauge welding skills for aluminum, stainless steel, and/or sheet metal. You will be in a stable, temperature-controlled environment offering weekly pay, great benefits, and room for growth. Apply here today to be considered!

Shift: The shop operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Breaks include a 10-minute break at 9 am, a half-hour lunch at 11 am, and another 10-minute break in the afternoon.

Job Description Overview: TIG Welder with at least 2 years of experience in Aluminum TIG Welding. Must be able to weld on thin gauge metals as thin as 1/16" and read blueprints/drawings. The role involves performing a peening process for two hours daily to remove the shine from the metal, similar to sandblasting.

• Weld on very thin gauge materials (1/16")

• Perform a peening process for two hours daily in a booth while wearing a fresh air hood and suit

• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings

• Complete the assembly process of cages as needed when shipping products

• Use a thumb-controlled welder

• Help clean the shop once a week

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Stainless Steel or Sheet Metal TIG Welding

• Good attendance and attention to detail

• Proficiency in straight fusion welding and powder coating

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
