Goddard School Pre Kindergarten Teacher in West Chester, Pennsylvania
The Goddard School, located in Marshallton (between West Chester and Downingtown)Pa, a preschool/childcare center, is currently seeking a full-time Pre-Kindergarten teacher to join our team! We’d love experience with teaching in a classroom, but we’re also happy to help a great candidate just entering this field. Candidates will be selected based on their ability to engage children in a safe, nurturing and loving manner, as well as effectively communicate with co-teachers and families. Our teachers create engaging learning environments filled with opportunities to explore, discover, and create with their teachers right by their sides guiding their learning process! Responsibilities: * Our teachers care and educate our children, while meeting the individual needs of each child. * Our teachers creatively customize and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules. * Our teachers interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning. * Our teachers communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff. * Participation in staff and training meetings is expected. * Compliance with current governmental regulations and company procedures and policies.
