Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a client in Montgomery County. Immediately interviewing and hiring for 1st shift!

Salary: 90K-100K

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description:

• Responsible for improving part routings, machining processes for CNC machines

• Order gages, tooling, and equipment

• Set-up and operate machines where direct labor associates are not available

• Perform basic troubleshooting or repairs of equipment

• Perform equipment calibration

• Responsible for training operators as needed

Skills:

• Must have 3+ years of CNC set up and programming of CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines

• Must have experience reading blueprints

• Must have good Microsoft Office and computer skills

• Experience working in a Quality Management System is a + (e.g., ISO9001, AS9100)

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a + Design and document tooling and fixturing using CAD/CAM is a About Aerotek:
