As part of the TECA & Sport Global planning department, Manager End-to-End Planning will be responsible for identifying and addressing imbalances via exception-based and scenario-based methodologies to achieve the most profitable balance of service, cost, and inventory across existing Supply Chains.

Responsibilities:

E2E Planning Optimization & Supply chain configuration

  • Optimize Planning Methods & Planning Parameters

  • Establish segmentations, tolerances/triggers for alerts & critical issue.

  • Defines inventory de-coupling points and develops replenishment strategies

  • Sets supply chain parameters in alignment with sites, e.g., batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, lead times, etc.

  • Orchestrates E2E Planning: identify and address E2E Plan imbalances (customer service, cost, inventory)

Sense & respond

  • Generate Smart Alerts, identify exceptions across Network and support the issue resolution from planning standpoint

  • Assess exceptions for Business impact & categorize for blocking issue (STEM)

IBP Process & Scenario planning

  • Actively participates and represents the Global Planning team in the S&OP/IBP process

  • Connects the outputs of the Site Supply Review meetings (SRM’s), develops the E2E scenarios and resolutions, and translate these early warnings into the S&OP/IBP processes to drive the right decision-making process

  • Provide inputs for strategic capacity management across portfolio

  • Scenarios planning & Story telling

NPI planning

  • Optimize NPI planning hierarchy, parameters and Set based Planning systems

  • Supervise Demand/Supply/Inventory NPI plan and Supply Commits as of production readiness

  • Highlight and mitigate NPI planning risk through IBP process

Support Metrics/critical metric

  • Reporting, supervising and highlighting gaps to drive critical metric improvement (OTIF, CBO, Plan Attainment, FC-Accuracy), Inventory (DOS, SLOB)

Cross-functional teamwork:

  • This position works closely with various partners: Demand and Supply Planning teams, Value Stream Leaders (VSLs), Product Management, Finance, commercial.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience supporting supply chain planning.

  • In depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles

  • Good understanding of the business processes and tools and the specific business challenges

  • Scenario planning & Analytical skills, including Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx is a must

  • In depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, APO, OMP or equivalent)

  • Good presentation skills and sophisticated skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Proven manager skills like communication, organization, people management, organizational change

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic & international travel.
