Distribution Sales Support Associate - West Chester, PA

Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG , a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Sales Support Associate for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA.

This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: West Chester (19380)

Hours: M-F first shift

Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO

Duration: long term contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide on hours and on call support to support field inventory returns.

• Provide support on SAP, JJCC, Optimizer, Lighthouse.

• Provide support and act as primary point person for Day-to Day Business Inquiries that have been escalated.

• Perform routine trending on all order issues and concerns evaluation.

• Investigate all identified trends and brings to the attention of management.

• Develop appropriate resolutions for all trends.

• Run key reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis, performs necessary analytics and addresses any concerns.

Qualifications:

Education:

Degree Preferred: degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency with SAP, JJCC, Optimizer, and Lighthouse.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
