• Need to have an ability to deploy an application from scratch. There are infrastructure components the devops team is responsible for taking care of security and that everything is in place for the developers to run their manifest

responsibilities:

This is a lead (Level 3) resource they expect to hit the ground running quick

Principle Responsibilities:

• Ensures core operational processes are carried out, resolution of incidents, and fulfillment of requests.

• Acts as an escalation point for level 2 resources and directs level 2 resources in the completion of tasks. Mentors other team members. Directly supervises the work of contractors and managed service providers.

• Works across the organization to define requirements and complete major projects/initiatives.

• Defines new IT architectures and complex processes, automates and refines existing processes.

• Designs new implementations and integrations between systems.

• Completes project tasks for new implementations, and plans complex upgrades, migrations, and remediations.

• Creates and updates documentation, standard operating procedures, etc.

• Directly works with developers to help them leverage our CI/CD tooling to deploy their applications

• Provide guidance and governance on how to use our CI/CD tooling

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 5 years of experience
