Description

We have an opportunity for a Title Clerk in the automotive industry, located in Northern Ohio. As a Title Clerk, your main role will be to process customer applications, maintain customer records, and handle customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing retail and lease titles for customers.

• Keeping track of out-of-state customer titles, ensuring to log and follow up.

• Efficiently processing resale titles.

• Generating checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.

• Organizing and filing paperwork related to retail and lease deals.

• Updating title status and comments in the relevant DMS.

• Issuing refund checks to customers as and when required.

• Reconciling assigned accounts.

• Undertaking other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry

• Proficient in using CRM software

• Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls

• Proven ability in check processing

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge and experience in handling Title Commitment

• Proficient typing skills TalentMatch®
