CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ yrs of HR Generalist/Payroll experience required

  • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data

  • Operational knowledge of payroll, policies, regulations and procedures

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations is required

Job Details:

  • $60k-70k

  • Monday-Friday

  • Located in West Chester, OH 45011

  • Manage and oversee the recruiting process for open positions

  • Ensure health and welfare benefit plans are updated

  • Completes annual enrollment for group rate plans

  • Investigates and resolves employee issues

  • Oversees payroll, addresses concerns and ensures payrolls are handled effectively and timely
