Scheduled: Monday - Friday, day shifts.
Job Description:
$15,000 Sign on Bonus eligibility for qualified candidates.
Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes for therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies utilizing a variety of radioisotope equipment. Operate Nuclear Medicine equipment to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes. Produce quality images as directed by radiologists and physicians for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders. Demonstrate knowledge of general and cross sectional anatomy, technical factors, radiation safety, and basic computer skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology
Three years training/experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred
Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Iowa Permit to Practice – Nuclear Medicine Technology (or eligible)
ARRT and/or NMTCB Registered
