Henry Ford Health System Registered Nurse-Contingent II-Float Pool-Days in West Bloomfield, Michigan

GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.

  • Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.

  • Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.

  • Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

  • Contingent Option II: Clinical Resources Department contingents that report directly to a House Manager, Clinical Resources Department. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. (Refer to Job Description, Registered Nurse, F02426).

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.

  • Previous 1.5-2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required.

    CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED

  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
