Do you have 2 or more years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management? We are seeking a driven, and highly motivatedAssistant Community Managerto help with the day-to-day operations of our prestigious community. In this position you will work closely with the General Manager to provide an exceptional living experience by establishing and maintaining positive and professional relationships with our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with residents.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives through social media channels, print advertising, and community events

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry practices

  • Assist in development and implementation of resident retention strategies

  • Support the Community Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue goals

  • Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager

  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests

  • Administrative tasks including financial management, budgeting, and reports

  • Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivables

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Experience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferred

  • Candidates must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

  • Candidates must have property management experience

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred
