Join us as our new Key Account Manager
This position will be responsible for the management and growth of a select number of existing customers. Responsibilities include managing all relationships within customer base, execution of Human Health & Nutrition Global and Regional strategies, securing customer and market input and meeting sales Budget, sales Estimate, Forecast and SalesForce.
In this role you'll make a difference by:
Meeting and or exceeding pre-defined sales targets (usually the budget)
Executing Global or Regional pricing strategies
Positioning Novonesis in the market place as a trustworthy, flexible, and knowledgeable probiotic supplier
Managing and developing existing customer relationships
Driving commercial agreement discussions with the support of RSD and Legal
Responsible for TM agreement and compliance
Being the voice of the customer and the one responsible for managing the customer expectations and goals in cross-functional development activities initiated by the customer
Creating and managing account strategy
Executing the Human Health & Nutrition Regional and Global product line strategies within customer base
Managing customer projects through SalesForce or customer request process
Providing updates and estimates on a timely basis
Utilizing Salesforce for call/meeting recaps, campaigns, cases and internal communications
Securing feedback from the market and customers on global product line, marketing activities, pricing, and value chain issues
Securing that market, industry and competitor information is captured, organized, and communicated to RSD and HND HQ
Participating in Global and Regional sales meetings as well as trade shows
To succeed you must hold:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Preferably experience from the dietary supplement, and/or OTC market
Overall sales responsibility for all HH probiotic activities for the Territory
Responsible for all existing customer activities
Execute Global and Regional strategies and policies in the Territory
