LANDSCAPE LABORER -- Saul's Custom Designs is seeking to employ twenty (20) landscape laborers in temporary, full-time positions from 4/01/2025 to 12/14/2025. Areas of Temporary Employment: St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and St. Louis City. Workers will begin each workday at 1121 Mexico Road Wentzville, MO 63385 and Employer will provide transportation to customer worksites and employer will provide transportation back to 1121 Mexico Road Wentzville, MO 63385 at end of shift. Rate of pay: no less than $19.30/hr and up to $21.30. Overtime possible at Employer's discretion at $28.95/hr and up to $31.95 per hour. 40 hrs/week offered. Generally, 8-hour workdays, M-F 8:00 A.M. to 4:30P.M.Job Description:Mow, cut, water, edge lawns and trees, rake and blow leaves, dig holes for bushes; pull and chop weeds, prune; haul topsoil and mulch. Must be able to lift weight as required to carry and use landscaping equipment and material needed for assigned tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to tolerate outdoor work in temperature reasonably anticipated in St. Louis, MO-IL MSA (over 90 degrees Fahrenheit and under 32 degrees Fahrenheit possible).Employer will rely on worker's representations and Employer's own observations to determine if workers meet physical requirements. No education, no prior work experience, and no prior training required. On-the-job training will be provided. Workers supervised by Crew Leader.Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge.Single workweek used for computing wages. The frequency of pay will be weekly. Employer will make all deduction from workers paycheck required by law. Workers are guaranteed to be paid for a minimum of three-fourths of all work days contained in each 12-week period of employment contemplated in this work order.Inbound transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from worker's home or place of recruitment to the place of employment reimbursed to workers if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period. Upon completion of the work contract or if the worker is dismissed earlier by the Employer, Employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return Transportation and subsistence back home or to place the worker where originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of inbound and return transportation payment or reimbursement will equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved (and if required lodging). Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate $15.88 per day during travel to a Maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer will reimburse the H-2B Worker within first workweek of all visa, visa processing, border crossing fees, and other related fees (excluding Worker Passport Fees.)
